CONTEST - free place on make it in design course

I am pleased to announce a new opportunity to win a free place on Module 1: Designing Your Way, an acclaimed e-course from The Art and Business of Surface Pattern Design.
The course starts in just four days, but the team at Make it in Design thought it would be great to offer a last minute free place to one lucky reader of Print & Pattern.

I am back on one of my favourite subjects today - kids design, with a look at the arrivals at UK supermarket Tesco. Tesco's children's clothes now come under their label F&F and this seasons prints feature hand drawn monochrome designs such as bunnies and bears, as well as the 'must have' 3D motifs that stand proud from the clothing using wadded applique. Dinosaurs and woodland creatures continue to be popular along with transport themes for boys. Here are some of the newest pieces snapped in yesterday store...
